Recently, temperature-controlled brewing has become increasingly popular; the Fish kettle comes with a dainty swan neck spout for precise flow control. You can easily set temperatures with the touch-sensitive panel, or hold a boil with a single long-press.
The kettle can keep the chamber at the set temperature for up to 12 hours, plus a dry-boil protection to prevent damage. It also has an impressive 1500W heating element that achieves a 500ml 90-degree brew from room temp within 90 seconds - beating others on the market at 1200W.
